The staff was as good as they could be, however, I had a problem with the complementary breakfast being really below Average, also the pool looked dirty, so me and my kids didn’t even get in there and then last, but not least the elevator was broken, and I had two children with me below the ages of 4. I also had a room on the third floor.

This one had no elevators, and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. After being on the road for 5 hours, all I needed was a shower and a bed. Got the bed and no shower. The bathroom was disgusting. I was then told that they had no other rooms. Or refunds. Checked out!!!

Elevator was broken, hair dryer didnt work, was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom when we arrived. Ice machine had no ice..Bed and towels smelled dirty. Bathroom was dirty...coffee bags in room were sticky
