"It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and worst experience with a receptionist."

The guy at the front desk was rude to us when we first got there. When we go into our room is was smelly and dirty. The bed sheets and pillows had stains and the chairs had food crumbs on it. We decided to leave because we could not stay there like that and the guy did not even ask what was wrong or what happened, he didn’t even ask if there was anything he could do. Instead, he went and grabbed my deposit money and rolled his eyes while giving it back to me. We were such in distress that I didn’t even think to take pictures. I just wanted to find another place to stay. My boyfriend got 1 picture of the crumbs on the chair.

Breakfast worse than gas station! Coffee out of a machine was nasty. Not fresh brewed like other hotels. Chose to go to Mcd’s

Spray for bugs, clean up outside parking area. Fix door on this of building no lock put more Toilet paper in bathroom

Came for Chris brown concert. Tv didn’t work at all they said they had to call spectrum and he said he couldnt give us another room. Ran out of toilet paper, random people peeing outside our window behind the hotel. Bathtub was stained. Hole on bathroom door that they half way tried to cover it with black tape. Never again !
