The minimum check-in age for this hotel is 18 years of age. Early check-ins cannot be accommodated during high season. A damage deposit of US$100 cash is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation in cash. A damage fee of US$150 is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation with credit card. This will be collected by either cash or credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your damage fee will be refunded in full via cash/ credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only dogs are allowed. Pet fee: $30 per pet, per night. "Clean, friendly, close to town center and beach"

The hotel is in walking distance from restaurants and shops and only a short drive away from the beach. Still, our room was extremely quiet! Our King room was squeaky clean. We had a wardrobe, suitcase stand, microwave, fridge (no freezer), a coffeemaking tray, and toiletries. There are ice makers and a snack shop. Breakfast offered potato tots, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, different kinds of breads and beverages.

No clam cleaning station/kitchen; I had asked before booking and was told they had one - we were shown a footwashing station and a freestanding sink with a tap, which works for washing off clams but not for cleaning them. The bed covers were very thin - ask for extra-blankets before going to bed.

Price.

Breakfast was free but only for two hours. We came down clam digging and by the time we got back it was done 9am. So the price we paid with free breakfast wasn’t so good. Was noise the night we stayed there too

The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a good time and that all I need for met. I highly recommend this place for anybody who's going to Ocean shores!

The view is beautiful!

When we entered the room it was cold and uninviting. Upon further inspection the room was dirty. There’s no decor in the room however there is stains on the walls where the old decor used to be. The water pressure was terrible and the water never got warmer than lukewarm. The building itself is old and holds an odd musty smell and air fresheners in every corner that just add to the smell. The family who owns the property stand in the corner of the breakfast room and watch everyone eat. We won’t be returning to this property next time.
