The minimum check-in age for this hotel is 18 years of age. Early check-ins cannot be accommodated during high season. A damage deposit of US$100 cash is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation in cash. A damage fee of US$150 is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation with credit card. This will be collected by either cash or credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your damage fee will be refunded in full via cash/ credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only dogs are allowed. Pet fee: $30 per pet, per night. "Nice view outside, pretty basic inside."

I had accidentally booked from two websites and they were supposed to cancel one but they did not. Then they said they would refund one night but they did not.

Property is run down. Off season so mostly empty so maybe would improve as summer comes.

Everything,no hot water in room no breakfast, like stated when booking, pool freezing cold and filthy hot tub was cold and dirty, and room was dirty, I hope we don't bring home bed bugs. We left after the first night it was AWFUL FILTHY DIRTY COULDN'T WAIT TO CHECK OUT IN THE MORNING 😡😡😡😡😡 Called to customer service and requested a refund.

Kevin and Anju were pleasant and competent; they (well, mainly Anju) responded to every request we made. The hit tub was very welcon; I used ir every night.

The Continental Breakfast was Spartan. The waffle grill was a good touch. More choices in fresh fruit would be welcome.
