Ocean Parradise Hotel and Resort

-friendly and helpful staff -location is convenient -allowed for early check in

-building is pretty outdated and in need of some improvements - shower took a good 10 minutes before water got warm -pool had lots of little pieces of debris on the bottom and floating around in it

Room 108,106, go look at these rooms.Very very poor service the building has mold in rooms. Old liners for beds, were used in the rooms . Dust under beds , been their for 6 months, rooms sheets smelled like feet. The poeple who work their are joke. Poor quality hotel. We didnt stay their 1 night its so bad. We had move to another hotel.

The location was convenient, plenty of parking. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. All the amenities that were listed were open and accessible. Pool and hot tub were clean on the first day, hot tub not so much.

A little outdated , but clean. Had trouble with key cards the first few times I left and tried to come back, staff fixed the problem and were very nice.

The looks were very nice and modern-- nice breakfast area

The cleaning was poor-- staff was called to clean room- finally came -- left dirty was cloths in tin -- gave us plastic bags to put in the garbage cans-- never saw any floors clean-- sons room was very dusty -- found blood on some lonen

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating .we ended up staying an extra night in the King Jacuzzi suite! wonderful stay They offer miniature golf and also have a swimming pool and hot tub! Continental breakfast includes biscuits and gravy sausage and many other items and it Was definitely a perfect way to get our day started ! property does need a little bit of an upgrade but other than that it was perfect

Wish they had room service however they do have a vending machine for snacks and soda in the lobby!
