Quality Inn Rock Hill Northeast I-77

Parking lot was not in good condition. Police were there when we arrived due to people hanging in parking lot. Did not feel safe. Felt the need to keep checking on our vehicle.

Very unsafe and bad quality, sm3lly doors busted

Bathroom door didnt work Food under the bed Hair on the bed on arrival Shower clogged - would not drain.

I liked the front counter service because the lady was always nice to me. I don't remember her name though.

Didn't like how the boss lady tried to make me drop $150 because she thought I smoked in the room which I did not. Didn't like how she spoke to me either because she had a little attitude about it. Then after I checked out, they basically accused me of taking towels and pillow cases and things of that nature, but when I checked in, there was no pillow cases on the pillows, I've only 1 towel, and only 1 trash bag. I'm pretty sure it's because I checked in early. But when I got there, the pillows and the blanket was sitting on the desk by the tv, the trashcan in the room didn't have a bag, but the one in the bathroom did, which was the only bag. In the bathroom, there was only 1 towel and 1 rag. I was waiting till the next day when housekeeping came to let them know, but they never came. The boss lady eventually ended up coming to my room twice. The first time because she thought I was making knocking noises... it wasn't me. Then she came again probably about 2-3 hours after that because she thought i was smoking in my room... again, wasn't me, though I did smoke outside. Before she and the janitor left my room, she asked if I needed any towels or anything, I told her yes and told her the other things I needed such as trash bags, she said okay. She nor anyone else brought them for the remainder of my stay. Their "missing" items are not on me.

Afternoon guy at front desk was very nice and helpful. Rest of staff was fairly friendly. Hotel could use a "facelift" and some routine maintenance. Carpeting in hall in front of room was totally worn out. Coffeemaker didn't work. Door didn't close on its own, like most hotel doors do. Breakfast bar was out of eggs one morning, out of butter the next...
