TLDR - WARNING - the rooms are gross and the breakfast is very limited. If you at all have any issues with things being a little bit dirty, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Let me start by saying I rarely complain about hotels and give a lot of grace towards rooms and staff because things happen and nothing is perfect. In this case, I couldn't not give a review to warn others about this hotel. We were travelling through on our way to Florida and from the pictures online, this hotel looked acceptable. I regret not looking at the reviews ahead of time. The only reason it is getting a poor rating rather than zero stars from me is the front desk person when we checked in was great. He was cheerful and helpful. We arrived and checked in, no problem. When we got to our room, we thought it was ok at first then started to see the issues. The air conditioner was obviously older and very noisy. Thank goodness we didn't need it for more than just and hour or so to cool down the room when we first got there. The bathroom was disgusting and the door wouldn't latch.. more like couldn't latch because it didn't have one! Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Beside the mirror are holes through the brick that clearly allows for bugs of all kinds to join in the fun in the bathroom. We saw at least one cockroach running up the wall to get back through the hole. The tub had clearly not been cleaned properly after the previous stay as there was still hair in it. The floor was dirty, not just messy.. dirty! We decided to just stay in the room because we were exhausted and just needed to get to sleep. One of the reasons we book a hotel when on a road trip is that they offer breakfast. When we came in to get something to eat, they had waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and a few sad bananas. Nothing hot like eggs or bacon to be seen. Not exactly as advertised. While there, the staff (front desk clerk and what I believe was maid) just stood there talking loudly about other people. Not an issue normally. However, when we went to leave, we always use the restroom before getting back on the road. The restrooms were closed because the previous night someone had clogged the toilets and made a mess of the mens room. The maid was just getting items to clean up. Why stand there and chat for 30 mins at 6:30am when you know there is a disgusting restroom that needs to be cleaned. As we were driving out, both the front desk person and the maid who was planning to clean the restroom were outside smoking in front of the door. Nice staff and clean safe and quite hotel

All good except people next to us were up partying until 4 am. Both inside and on balcony. Lots of swearing and drug talk.

Stay was good

This property was Dirty and Noisy I pulled up there were 20-30 people loitering outside smoking Marijuana. People were standing on the balcony yelling. I was traveling with my family and was approached by what I can only assume were homeless drug addicts asking for money. I was traveling with my family which included young kids This was a very unsafe environment for them so we decided to find other accommodations There was no security and the fact that police were not called leads me to believe that this was the norm for this establishment. I do not recommend this as a place to stay ever. The hotel and Expedia refused to provide a refund each saying it was the responsibility of the other to provide a refund I am very disappointed in the whole experience Again I would urge against planning a stay in this establishment

The man who works in the lobby is a racist and does not want Hispanics in the hotel and the hotel management does not take action. The man calls the police for speaking in Spanish.

Felt like I was in a ghost town….750 rooms , only 50 seemed in use…almost left ….poor quality TV
