A very warm welcome, by Natalie. The communal areas are nicely decorated and inviting. Our room smelt musty and damp, overlooking the carpark. Natalie apologised and swifly upgraded us and we had a lovely view of the golf course. It was lovely and quiet.The bed was the comfiest I had ever slept in, and the air conditioning made for a very comfortable night.Parking is easy and outdoor areas well kept and pleasant. There were a couple of issues that need attention. Stains on the carpet, and a dripping tap in the room. Some corridor doors were grubby and stairway carpet dingy. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a lovely room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The walk in shower was very welcome. A pleasant stay and I would recommend it .

All the staff at this hotel were very good . Paid attention to their work and customer requirements. Breakfast was good . Freshly made good selection and good staff.

Fantastic staff, breakfast was really good with freshly cooked food. The chef has been there 31 years, he’s a credit to the hotel, reception staff very friendly aswell as chambermaids all very professional and an enjoyable comfortable stay

Many of the staff were lovely, there was just one lady on reception who was quite cold, but other than that, the bar staff and breakfast staff especially were kind and helpful.
