Lovely hotel very smart

Location good. Easy to find. Staff friendly on reception desk. Problem with room. Had no heating. Reported on 2 day but was told been fixed when it wasn’t. Moved us to another room. Problem with the 2nd room. Air conditioning broke, leaking water above 2 electric sockets. No communication back from staff. Rooms needs to be checked for good maintenance before renting out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help.

The staff were excellent,the young lady on reception (Natalie) was very helpful,a great asset to this hotel.

Reception area of hotel very stylish Hotel room had a musky smell had to leave the window open for it to disappear to a level of satisfaction...beds werent the best a bit lumpy...definitely a budget hotel on par with travel lodges

Staff were really helpful, plenty of parking, hotel was great. Location is a little isolated from local amenities.

When we arrived the room was at the top, as neither of us could handle stairs the staff straight away changed the room for us, it took away stress and made our stay very comfortable.
