Mercure Milton Keynes

This was my 3rd stay and it was lovely as always. There was one gripe I had and that is that the WiFi was very poor this time. I did report it, and reception did send someone, but it had been working for 30 minutes then so I assumed it was all ok. Unfortunately 30 mins later it stopped working completely. I did try again when we came back from dinner, but it didn't work for the rest of the night. Hopefully just a one off. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel is really nicely, the venue itself is located in a nice area and the venue is clean and tidy. The only downside that is a big negative point is the cleaness of the rooms, that was not done ,they just replaced the towels and done the bed, the carpwt wasn't vacuum, basin and toilet wasn't clean at all. Also for a 4 star hotel i was expecting a fridge in the room.

Had an amazing night away with a friend. Fantastic setting and quality of food was excellent. Would just recommend that some staff seemed quite inexperienced and require some training on general customer service, ising initiative and serving at the bar when customers clearly waiting. Beautiful amenities and friendly chef at breakfast. Thank you

Nice stay

We love love loved this hotel! Stayed the night before a festival at the bowl and it was a great price, especially considering there was a big event happening. The member of staff who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really clean and spacious, and we were so thankful for the brilliant air con as we were there during a heatwave. At midnight I went to use the water fountain to fill up mine and my partner's water bottles but it was broken, so the reception staff kindly filled them up for us from the bar. It was the perfect rest we needed before our long day the next day. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK, and we will definitely be staying again for the festival next year.

Comfortable room. Air con was a blessing. Breakfast was fine but limited options for dietary requirements.

A good base to visit Bletchley Park or the golf course next door. Easy to get to, albeit a little out of town, but fine if driving or taking a cab. Hotel a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent, very friendly and effective. A very good breakfast with plenty of choice and good quality. All in all a great value stay and would return.
