Ramada by Wyndham Diplomat Canberra

It was great over a stop over in Canberra. The staff provided excellent service at front desk and the restaurant.

Great location! Lovely foyer. Breakfast at $22 was good value. Room was quiet, clean, modern and good value for what we paid. There’s a pool and gym which we didn’t use.

We had our daughters wedding reception at the Diplomat last weekend and were very pleased with how it went. Delicious food very friendly service, nothing was a problem for Katherine to organise We stayed following and the rooms were beautifully presented and very clean, yummy breakfast the following morning. Overall a great experience.

Decent room for price

Katherine and the team were amazing. The stay was very enjoyable and the staff friendly and helpful. The Ramada Diplomat is now the accommodation of choice for myself and my colleagues. Thank you.

Great stay super comfy bed n pillows Great shower plenty of hot water n great pressure Bathroom sooo clean n thanks for having a shower cap Bedroom super clean n great mini bar ( only got a coke) Used room service around 1130 when back from footy n it was a yummy fresh pizza Overall a perfect stay

Comfortable spacious room with no noise transition from outside or other rooms, clean tidy useable bathroom and excellent beds. Great location near main roads to and from Canberra and easy to find, off street parking with undercover parking available. Close to attractions and local shops. Inhouse restaurant and bar with excellent food and drink choices, breakfast package is of great value. Will stay again at this establishment.

We had a wonderful experience, the room (King Spa Suite) was absolutely amazing - huge and well maintained. The old-style charm with the refurbished interiors and paintwork etc. was just lovely. The staff was very attentive and took great care of us. It was my husband's birthday so they gave us a complimentary sparkling wine in our room too which was a sweet touch. The hotel food (Diplomat Bar and Grill) was phenomenal. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was great, prices were good and we felt the accommodation and the food both provided value for money, cleanliness was super, and the noise level was just right - not too loud and great ambience. No complaints!

I stayed in room 1009 and there was a loud humming noise running through room, told reception but nothing got done, we got we are fully booked. slept terrible due to the humming as you can imagine, if you can hear it during the day, at night even worse. Staff where friendly but did not resolve our problem, sorry but I don't think I would stay again.
