Great service, clean comfortable rooms, great inclusions, good value, lovely, generous breakfast, decor dated but perks make up for that

The room was great, the food was an absolute 5 stars! Two of the receptionists were amazing, and I was very much planning to give 5 stars except there was one young receptionist that had no clue about his job, and laughed at my partner when he asked for a new plug as it had a hole, and also the washer/dryer is terrible. Took 11 hours to get one load washed and dried.

This hotel is fantastic! It's incredibly relaxing and impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned every day, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

It was a great place I have not stayed at before in many trips to Canberra - definitely going back 👏👏

The stay was wonderful overall. It's like our second home.

Bed very comfy, bathroom good. Disappointed no water bottles- free that is !!

Great family stay. Large rooms, large bathroom. Comfortable beds with range of pillow choices. Easy parking either underground or outdoors within the hotel complex for larger 4wd’s. Free use of washer/dryers (which is very handy). Breakfast was delicious. Bar/Lounge area was great to relax and play games during happy hour. Quiet within the hotel, but slight road noise from our room, not enough to wake/bother us. Overall, would stay here again when we visit Canberra.

The staff were brilliant, the meals were exceptional, the room was big and clean, the ambience was really nice when having a drink, the parking was easy, but the Bed was horrific and provided no support at all. I need to return to Canberra a week later and would love to have returned but I can't given the lack of any support offered by the mattress. I hope the Ramada would consider updating to beds with decent support and I would be a regular patron.

The service by staff was a highlight - they were incredibly helpful and obliging which made the stay really easy and enjoyable. The hotel is not super modern but it is elegant and has an old world charm about it. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We had breakfast included and it was great. Nice coffee too. The complimentary parking was a bonus and really convenient (other hotels were charging $32-$35 per night). We added an extra bed to the room and again, the cost was only $30 for 2 nights (whereas other hotels were charging $120 for 2 nights). The hotel is great, very good value for money, and most importantly the service is top-notch. The hotel is central to everywhere without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We were really pleased with our stay at Ramada Wyndham. Everything was easily attended to , the staff were polite and helpful . The room was larger than most hotel rooms and beds very comfortable , it was quiet. Parking was easy and onsite . We ate breakfast there which was excellent . They do the little extras well . Not over the top but a really good and comfortable stay was enjoyed We will return .
