"Warm, cosy, clean and friendly."

The staff couldn't be more helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and much bigger than expected. The food was amazing.

Nothing!

"Fantastic location, right on the beach, very comfy room, dog friendly and very good food. 5 *"

Breakfast was lovely. Fresh and hot. Also dog friendly and the dog got a sausage herself. Dinner and other food also fantastic. Room with sea view and done very tastefully. Very modern and comfortable room and bathroom. Would stay again.

Wasn't really anything I didn't like but if I was being fussy then a reception area for the rooms but its a small place - for rooms so its not really required.

"Very dissapointing and not value for money!"

6.0

That is was dog friendly.

On arrival staff very rude and unwelcoming. The manager who ‘checked us in’ was rude and acted as if they were put out by us checking in at the agreed time. The manager never told us about how to check out or the fire safety procedure. Unlike other guests who checked in later that evening. When arriving at the ship in we asked staff were dogs allowed in a specific seating area and the staff said yes but did not clarify that the restaurant would close at 2pm and not reopen to 5pm which meant on our first night we had to check in and find somewhere to eat when the main reason we had booked was that we could eat with our dogs on the property. We were never given the dog treat bag (until the last night) which was a highlight for us when booking as we felt that was a warm touch to being dog friendly. By then we had already been and explored much of Norfolk’s beaches and forests. Although, the room we stayed in was particularly clean i.e. bedding, towels, toilet and sink the cups in the room appeared to have been used and were stained with tea and the shower tray around glass door was filled with mould! We felt that the breakfast slot of 1 hour 9-10pm was not long enough and late as a lot of dog walkers tend to wake early. We woke at most days at 7am and then did not want to wait around for a breakfast hour. And due to me having a lot of gluten and dairy allergies there was no menu available to see if the breakfast was suitable and safe to eat from. Again we had to find another place to eat for breakfast both mornings and never at any dinner at the property either due to how unwelcoming and unmotivated.
