The staff couldn't get tv connected to the satellite network. Couldn't watch anything. Non-smoking room was not available

Breakfast was advertised, but the worst I've seen in a motel. It wasn't set up an hour after the time started at check in (and on the wall sign). No plates, utensils, or napkins were out. Waffle maker was on, but no waffle batter was available. Eggs appeared frozen and improperly thawed. No fresh fruit. Cereal selection was two kinds of sugar flakes. Milk in the fridge was date expiring that day. No oatmeal. AND NO COFFEE. We asked for utensils, coffee, etc and after 20 minutes gave up and went across the street. The street noise in the room (close facing the highway) was loud most of the night. Towels were very small and thin. But, towels, sheets, and bedding were clean. Room heat worked - quietly and flawlessly.

The property was not clean and rooms were not clean like blood on the sheets and greasy and the floors were dirty.

None of the plug ins worked. Only one that worked was the one the tv was plugged into.

The room was decent clean

The employee at the front desk did not accept our payment even though it was accepted on Booking.com. He proceeded to repeatedly request for more money than we paid which caused the virtual debit card to get locked out. After calling the booking.com support, they were able to make the employee give us our room
