"Good stay"

The property was very nice! The pool and grounds were beautiful. Location was great! Staff was friendly!

Our room was very small for the price! We had a power outage for a few ours during our stay. One of the lights wasn’t working in our room and iron was missing. Overall the room could’ve been better!

"Not worth it"

The rooms are dirty and basic. Beds are super uncomfortable. We had to call guest services several times for items (towels, soap, toilet paper) and needs were never addressed. We had to go to Walmart to buy those items. When we complained, we were met with attitude. Parking was a nightmare. If you were not back to the resort by 5pm, there was no chance for a spot. At that point, you had to park in a parking garage about 1/4 mile away. Don’t bother leaving the motel between 3 and 9 pm. The traffic to get back took about 2 hours. For $400 a night, all you are playing for is being close to the beach. Staff was not friendly, rooms are dirty, and beds are uncomfortable.

"25th Wedding Anniversary"

My husband and I visited here for a little 25th wedding anniversary get a way. It was so worth it. The staff was great, the beach was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. The grotto bar was under construction ut we look forward to going back sometime and seeing that. They really try to cater to people with the 3 bars, heated pool, food trucks, etc. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

"Rooms not sound proof"

Resort and service were great. Room was ok as walls and doors didn't prevent outside noise. We heard rooms next door, elevator, ice machine and anything outside of balcony. I didn't have a car on resort and asked for parking to be removed at check in and had to call back and remove later as it was still on final bill. The bill did get resolved after calling a couple times and not being able to talk to front desk.
