Situé dans le quartier pauvre et animé de Ballaro, l'hébergement en lui-même, quoique petit, est propre et accueillant et offre le nécessaire en matière de literie et de sanitaire. Non loin de la gare et du centre historique, il plonge le touriste au cœur du Palerme profond. Petit déjeuner à 350 m dans un bar sympathique.

La posizione, per visitare il centro di Palermo è buona.

Siamo stati svegliati alle 8:15 per pagare la tassa di soggiorno.

Esperienza terribile. Dopo aver concordato con l'host, un arrivo in tarda notte, con pagamento extra, e dopo aver telefonato per conferma, non c'era nessuno ad aprirci. Abbiamo atteso un'ora fuori, di notte e sotto la pioggia in una zona poco raccomandabile. Siamo riusciti ad entrare poiché, a forza di bussare, un altro ospite della struttura si è svegliato e mosso a compassione ci ha fatto entrare. Arredamento datato, doccino e dosatore non funzionante, letto scomodo. Un vero incubo. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Due to overbooking, we were allocated a different room than the one we booked. The room we were allocated was street level, without a window, with a filthy bathroom and broken shower (no water at all let alone hot water - barely drops of water). People were knocking on the door at 01.30 hrs am, probably guests who were not able to access their rooms, as there is no check in service - you have to call the owner on his mobile, not available on whatsapp. Rude host.
