We had the expectation of a substantial breakfast (from other reviews it was rated as good), however it was basic - a coffee and a croissant. The location was great - a 10 minute walk from the train station. A minute to the Ballaro market. Right opposite the Pasticceria Porta Sant’ Agata - a gem of a shop!

Camera grande, staff gentile e disponibile e struttura locata in quartiere centrale e ruspante

Posizione non male, tranne la sera tardi, dato che è circondato da persone non proprio affidabilissime. Colazione al bar a pochi passi dalla struttura buona e proprietario del bar super cortese e disponibile.

Pulizia che lasciava a desiderare. Bagno che non aveva nè una finestra nè un dispositivo di areazione e per di più aveva una porta che non si manteneva chiusa, essendo scorrevole e senza un blocco. Essendo la struttura posizionata praticamente sopra il mercato di ballarò il silenzio non la fa da padrone, nè la notte nè la mattina presto, ragion per cui non è semplice dormire per chi ha il sonno leggero. Per concludere abbiamo passato la notte senza elettricità e con il proprietario che cercando di assisterci a telefono, con aria scocciata, ci dice testuali parole " e vabbè è notte, poi domani mattina vediamo". Siamo andati via ma non abbiamo visto nemmeno l'ombra del proprietario.

Lovely hotel in a very lively neighborhood.

There is no parking near the hotel. We parked outside the barrio for the night but don’t expect to have parking at the hotel. If you are driving, do not try to park in the neighborhood. It is VERY difficult.

It’s in the Center of Palermo. The Personal was very friendly. They helped me with Garage parking and also with laundry of my clorhes. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff were very quick to respond and always helpful, going the extra mile to help us out. The place is perfectly situated to explore the city, though we felt a little bit unsafe in neighbourhood during night time. We stayed for just one night so the need for amenities and space didn't arise. A very simple place, exactly what we needed to explore Palermo.

The fridge was not working and the shower curtain would need a change.
