Quality Inn Rutland - Killington

Really in need of maintenance. The room smelled sour, the toilet seat needs replacing and the hall carpet is loose and wrinkled

Sunday morning, Aug.25th, at 1AM, I was awakened by LOUD hollering and profanity outside of my room (101). I got out of bed and looked out and there was an older man with no shirt on hollering at a younger man from the other building. The older guys wife was holding on to him and trying to drag him back to the office. Finally the young guy walked away. I nearly called 911. I believe Quality Inn needs security at that location. Also, the room above me was stomping around most of the night. Needless to say, I got very little sleep before my 600+ mile drive. I'm quite certain that is my last stay at Quality Inn

Property could use some updating but it does the job. Very pet friendly. Would definitely go back and stay.

the refrigerator in our room did not work but other than that everything else was ok

I have no complaints about my stay in Rutland although, if I could have afforded it, I would have preferred to stay on a quoted street. It was convenient though.

The TV reception was very poor and the channels didn't match up to the guide that was in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I didn't really care for the breakfast, after I tried a bowl of frosted flakes and they tasted old and the eggs were cooked a little too long. Check in with Paula was a breeze and she was very friendly and cheerful. The king size bed was very comfortable and I loved the feel of the soft pillows.

This place is disgusting. Walking down the hallway feels like you are visiting a crack house in the ghetto. The cigarette smell has seeped into all of my clothes and my CPAP machine. I will definitely never stay at a Quality Inn again, and I recommend you do the same.

Some small details are not as well attended to as "Quality" would suggest (radio, bathtub plug, toilet seat hinge). Managed quite nicely nonetheless !

I found a sewing needle in the bed and the bathroom ceiling leaked. I reported both of these to the front desk and they did nothing to make me feel like these things mattered to them.
