Quality Inn Rutland - Killington

First floor rooms have doors that lead outside with inadequate locks. Bathroom was cramped and dated. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Side entrance doors were unlocked during the day and possibly at night. Security is a major concern.

This hotel was supposed to be recently renovated but was old and worn.

Quality should be removed from the name of this place and should be removed from your list. This location, or I should say my room 124 was a dump. The only thing to do is tear down and build new. Will never recommend their hotel. New name DUMP INN.

Carpets were worn and dirty. Walls hadn't been painted in years.

Easy to find but the property needs an update. Weeds by the entrance aren't very inviting. The building next door seemed like commune living with people coming and going. The room was clean but was in need of an update.

I realized that "Quality" can mean many different things. Perhaps they meant the "Quality" of their staff who were very friendly, helpful and full of joy. The property, however, made me think of what a motor hotel would look like on the last day it was open. Everything was worn, hallway carpets were stained and the floors were uneven. The room was OK but the A/C was really noisy. A broken A/C unit was int he hallway, presumably to be taken to repair - it was there at night and the next day at checkout. The breakfast was fine in a very clean room. I don't know what else is in the area but I hope there is better than this.

It was ok. Service good. Pillows great! Just could use a little update.

Very friendly check-in No hot water in the morning, no way to take a shower. After complaining, I was told the manager would contact me to offer compensation. Looking forward to it.

It was a very nice clean hotel. The bed was super comfy and the price was reasonable, not outrageous like most hotels

This hotel was clean, had large room sizes, and a very clean and well stocked bathroom. The location is great too, very close to the Fairgrounds on Route 7 & 4. Very near a great many eateries and other shopping venues. I will stay again when in the area next.
