Quality Inn Rutland - Killington

Good got the price, room clean , free breakfast, 15 feet away Panera bread breakfast))

Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is badly in need of updates and renovation. Hallway carpets very dirty. Room clean enough and bed was comfortable but scuffed and chipped paint. Water stains on painting, lamp shade and a wall. Holes in carpet. Noise from room next door due to thin walls and noise from the parking lot right outside the window.

Stop using so much plastic. Cups and coffee all use plastic.

Carpets were filthy, wired smells along floor, noisy at night, thin walls, noisy guests

You could tell it was an older place. Carpets worn, bathtub touch up painted, wall paper torn a little etc. But it was clean and had the amenities we look for; frig, microwave, iron, hair dryer and the continental breakfast had a lot of options. Overall satisfied

The hotel is dated and has very strange and not very secure doors in each room that leads to the parking lot. The condition of the rooms were clean for the most part, but in poor old condition. We went to get a drink from the vending machine which was empty and were told that it wouldn't be refilled until during the week. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. I would likely not book here again however.

Staff was excellent, unfortunately the building needs a lot of updating there's no elevator and the pool doesn't heat properly. Also the building was never locked and anyone could of come in and I even had a mouse in my room. I understand that its the time of the year for it but I was still disgusted.

The mattress was shot it had a hole the size of a body . Ther was a table that it you touched it , it would fall over.don’t know if I would travelocity again .breakfast was the pits.

The one thing that I did not like is working with expedia - I had to phone them from the property and the customer service was terrible. The Quality Inn was fine.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The inn itself looked outdated but was clean.
