Quality Inn Rutland - Killington

Original room not totally clean (bathroom). Staff responded with an immediate upgrade. No hot breakfast area breakfast, boxes instead.

Didn’t like anything about this property. Coffee shop closed. Pool closed. My key card wouldn’t work on the only entrance to to hotel that was opened. Part of property had trash and a huge dumpster.

The place was very dirty. And rather unsafe. People constantly roaming the halls. Rooms are also rented. We had people above that never stoped banging and jumping and going in and out. We could hear everything got very little sleep. The doors don’t shut properly. The exist were left open on the side of the building allowing whoever to come into the hall. Very uncomfortable feeling. I don’t recommend spending a night here

Very average, cramped and not super clean, but manageable for the price.

Despite the dilapidated condition of the halls and stairways and the stains on the tub, the room was okay and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was dirty, bedding stained, the shower and sink didn't drain well. There was a sucked on cough drop om the floor and zero housekeeping was done during my stay. There was visible dust on all surfaces. The wifi didn't work for the entirety of my 3 day stay and the Cable tv worked hit and miss. The few staff members I interacted with were rude and abrasive

Nice space room and clean

Bathtub was really disgusting , some spots and not cleaned ….bed were not properly made and sheets seems old and not washed …. Also saw some bug in room ….I have taken pictures too …nightlamp’s were still in plastic covers…….front desk person was pleasing and welcoming other than that not that much of pleasing property for the price that we paid . Thanks

The hotel was disgusting! The bathtub drain got clogged and was filled with hair! We asked if we could get put in another room, and that bathtub drain was also clogged, and water It wouldn't go down!

Room was immaculate. Building undergoing renovation so all facilities not open. Common areas (halls) a bit “old” looking. Only problem was -we arrived at 2 pm and couldn’t check in until 6 pm. Told that cleaning staff was short handed.
