Quality Inn Rutland - Killington

was comfy and clean. rather dated but ok. tub drain plugged up. other than that, everything worked ok. staff very friendly and helpful

This is right up there on the top 3 worst hotels I’ve stayed in. We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night. It was dirty, smelly, saw a hyperdermic needle in the parking lot. People yelling and fighting, over all gross.

Overcharged for the room. Staff was non-existent and did not follow covid guidelines.

I did not feel safe at this hotel and actually slept in my pick up truck. There were cracks under the flimsy doors and the security flip locks didnt work. There were 2 doors in my room. One went outside and the other to main hall. I got in the door to hotel without my keycard, it just simply opened. That means ANYONE could just walk in. Parking was sort of secluded at end of building. I could go on but you get the point.

Property is run down. Cleaning staff was helpful and you could tell that they do their best with what they have to work with. We couldn’t get into our room at one point, I went to the front desk to request help and the desk clerk called the maintenance staff to come look at the door for us... he never showed up. Thank goodness one of the cleaning staff helped us get back into our room.

The bed itself was fresh and clean. The front desk staff friendly. The curtain and chair were ripped. The tub was peeling apart. Getting the TV to work was just ridiculous! I’ve never had to connect my iPhone to a tv to get local channels. Needed code and passphrase! The person at the customer service number had no idea how to assist. Then the next morning , it had to be connected all over again.

had mouse in the room , and my wife could not sleep

unsecure entry from the outside in to the room.. toilet was low to the ground and small.carpets were filthy in room and out.

Room was filthy with someone's sock - covered in dust - in the corner. Looked like no one had moved the chairs to vacuum in ages. Drawers broken - would not shut. Toilet ran all night. Sink drain broken.

Terrible customer service.
