Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Wichita East

The front desk agent was very professional and handled some not so kind people with clas. Overall hotel was 0 stars. No intenet, no cable, sketchy people around and cops called like 3x.

bathroom had no soap. Room had no cups or glasses. The cable was not in service. Etc

There were no towels run was dirty no trash bags in cans. Floor not vacumed. Coffee grounds on the floor.

I liked that it was clean and affordable.

Room wasn't ready at 3pm checkin. I sat and watched them clean the room from 3pm-3:30pm. When I went in to the room it was fairly clean except for floor edges along the baseboards. The bathroom had a dirty floor. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. The beds were firm and not comfortable. The towels were washed but a couple were tattered and had stains. They needed to be replaced. The front desk was kind to me and let me stay an extra 30 minutes at checkout as I was not ready at 11am.

The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The young man who checked me in was very nice. I told the morning clerk when I checked out that the toilet was gurgling all night which made it hard to sleep as there was no white noise to cover up the sound. At one point I went into the bathroom to investigate and there was a bowl full of bubbles in the toilet.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. So nothing.

Every thing. The beds were so old and uncomfortable. The rooms looked like they were not cleaned regularly. The windows were not cleaned. They have signs that have Quite hours from 9 till 7 am and yet had a party that went on till after 1 am with people running up and down the halls screaming all night long. They did nothing about it.
