VERY DISAPPOINTED. Area was very unsafe! Rooms and hotel were beyond filthy.

Not the best but it's close by home

This property was so bad I feel scammed. They had beautiful pictures on expedia.com. Upon arrival I immediately noticed how run down the building is. Once inside to my horror it smelled like raw sewage. I booked a Jacuzzi suite and the Jacuzzi was broken down and disgusting. The walls of the room were disgusting so was the floor and the bathroom. I had already prepaid for this room so we had no choice but to stay. The pictures on expedia are not of this hotel. I feel scammed out of my money. Destroyed my 10yr anniversary trip. It was supposed to be a romantic Jacuzzi suite and instead i walked into a dumpster. We didnt want to even touch anything in there it was so disgusting.

From the first impression in the parking lot was bad. There was lots of activity of people that appeared to be doing exchanges for drugs and illegal services in the parking lot. Entering the lobby had a bad smell. The pool was dirty. The water was cloudy, the hot tub was cold and looked like a personal hot tub that was found on side of the road. The rooms were small and also smelled, the bathroom door did not shut and the ceilings were very low that you can touch with your hands. When we turned on the water, brown stuff came spurting out. And this was supposedly the “upgraded comfort” rooms. The whole 2 hour experience we were there until I demanded a refund was horrible.

Hot tub was cold, shower didnt have much pressure, bathroom door had a hole in it

Horrible! Elevator and halls smell like Marijuana, Tv dont work, bed is half broken. Room smells Horrible. Floor was sticky. Hair in the shower. I was here with my 2 daughters we didn't feel safe at all in this hotel, i wouldn't even call it a hotel. Turned heater on it smelt like it was going to catch fire. I come to witchita often for basketball and i will never stay here again and ill make sure everyone on my daughters team knows not to stay here.
