Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Wichita East

Typically never would leave a bad review however I travel a ton for work and this is by far the worst three star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cost was $110 to stay here and I couldn’t say it was worth $50. Holes in the walls, dirty rooms, speed racers coming by all night, kids smoking weed in the hallways others yelling screaming fighting. I got absolutely zero sleep.wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Children running around jumping in the pool all hours of the night made it hard to sleep. Not located in a great neighborhood

First room had an old mattress. Neighborhood was sketchy. Pool and hot tub seemed dirty. Water was cloudy. Construction was going on. Refrigerator worked good.

Rust in the water, water marks on the ceiling, definitely not worth what I paid for it. The outside sitting area had trash and cigarette butts from past guests. The idea was nice but the execution was poor.

Clean and kind

Location was good. Great pool aesthetics with the landscaping and shape of pool.

- room was dirty with holes that appeared to be punched in the bathroom door - mattresses were very uncomfortable - NO towels! We had two towels in our suite (booked for 5 people), there were never any towels during our stay in the pool area, and I asked the desk three separate times for towels and they said they had none. - the pool deck needs painted and there were clumps of hair in the pool - the pool was very warm and the hot tub was cold - there were several sketchy people there (long term tenants and people outside on the side walk; some were clearly homeless, they came in and got coffee then left)

Checking in was a mess the night attended was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know what she was doing or how to explain fees. The room I was in was pool side so it had 2 doors. When I asked how to get to my room she told me through the pool, that was the wrong door. We had to wait for maintenance to come down just to tell us that. The pool area is not clean there was mold or something black on the walls. We kept having to have our keys redone because they wouldn’t work in the doors.

The room was pretty old and dated. No hot water in the morning. Refrigerator was broken, had to ask for a tv remote.
