"Notified front desk about roaches and the strong smell of cigarettes in room and burnt countertops and filth! They state"

Front desk staff only!

Roach in bathtub.. room reaked of cigarettes and dirty! Neighborhood was filled with homeless and addicts! The visitors in this facility were very scary! Definitely dissapointing! NOTHING like what was stated on booking.com!

The price was great.

Parking lot not well lit. Our room 107 was next to the laundry room. At about 6am we heard washers spinning. Or something coming from that room. The mirror was only held on by 2 clips. At breakfast the Orange juice tasted weird. Chlorine in the water?? Which is added to the machine??!! Idk.

"Tolerable but disappointing. We always stay here , at least twicea year. It was always great before."

Great location.

Bed was dirty. Drain in bathroom started clogged even after we asked to have it looked at. Pool and hot tub were dirty. The jets were not working on the hot tub. Breakfast was not good. The second morning there was no coffee and they stopped putting food out 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Room HVAC was loud and did not work properly. Room smelled like onions….

Construction work that was going on in the hotel. Noisy way late into the night. Also had a dripping sound in the room witch was annoying. People painting when we got there at 5:30 in the evening

Not much wouldn't want to recommend to any one. We have stayed there before it wasn't like this. Don't know what happened to it
