"Not a good experience first stay and my last stay."

The beds were comfortable.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. When I asked him for an extra pillow he denied me the pillow. The entrance was very dirty. The whole place had a very bad odor it was not very welcoming at all, I WILL NOT stay again.

The price was very good. Good location!

This is for other people, myself it didn't bother me but it is right next to a train track and it goes about every 2 hours. To me the sound was kind of soothing but some people may not like it! Also I don't know what was wrong with all the doors but they would all slam unless you physically grab the handle and shut it slowly that way. I thought it was just our door but every single one of them would slam every time people would go in and out. The other thing was breakfast. It was 6:30 to 9:30. We went down about 9:00 we was the only ones there. Seems like everybody else in the motel had breakfast before we got there because there was really nothing left and they didn't restock it was once it's gone it's gone! Other than that no complaints..

Water not hot no cleaning service or laundry service.noisy and heat didn't work properly. Telephone didn't work. Parking lot wasn't cleared of snow for a day.
