Baymont by Wyndham Piqua

The lady at the front desk that night when we checked in was very nice and helpful. The building was well kept and clean. Our room was very clean especially the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. We were just driving through and stopped for a night on a whim. It was well worth it.

I was a little dismayed that a room for a physically handicap person was at the very end of a very long hall. It would be nice if that was may reconsidered.

Location and price

Parking lot was not plowed. It was icy and unsafe. Front desk staff was bad. I have dealt with this person before and he continues to meet new lows. His lack of people skills makes him a candidate for a back office job. There were very fews guests at the hotel and I asked him to give me a room with no one around me. He gave me a room with a person above me. I called the front desk to complain and was assigned a new room. At 2 AM I was awakened by the guests beside me engaged in a conversation. The shower was dirty

The breakfast was not bad.

I purposefully booked a room with a jet tub only to find that when I went to use it that the jets did not work making it pointless to have paid for an executive suite.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.The breakfast in the mornings was just enough .The staff is really nice, always smiling 🤗
