No hot tub, pool was pretty cold but if would of had a hot tub would have done my water exercise then got in the hot tub

"Stayed here before and was ok . Just seems to have gone down hill some."

Not much left for breakfast at 9a.m. when we went down.

Shower didn't work. Ice machine didn't either. Elevator walls and doors very dirty. Desk help didn't even say anything when we told her about broken things ,no Sorry or anything.

Several issues with the property including cockroaches and nasty floors. Our feet were black just from the first few minutes when we first got into the room. They had no managers available when we showed them the issues and their “fixes” for the problems were to move us next door. We booked a room with queen beds and got doubles, the clerk admitted it, then put us next door where the same size beds were “queen beds”. Now we are waiting for a refund and they conveniently don’t have a manager present to do anything about it. Don’t stay here.
