Hotel Chataura

They shut off the water when I needed to take a shower for work, the hallways smelled, the room was surprisingly alright, front desk guy was pretty helpful, the tv remote didn’t work. But other than that it was great!

The hotel cought on fire while I was sleeping I need my money back

NEVER STAY HERE !!!!!We left as soon as we found out the shower was broken . The chair in the room had mold on it . The doors had no locks on the inside. The tv was missing , the frint desk staff handed me a light bulb told me to fix it . The lobby smelled of pot . I do not recommend this property to be in business!

Very unsatisfactory, not clean , staff was very rude

This property is SUPER out dated, Not clean at all! I did not stay here after I saw the room I just could not do it! The pictures on the site looks nice but it’s the complete opposite of what you walk into! I didn’t feel safe, it’s more like a ran down apartment building than hotel! But the young man Abdul at the desk was understanding and kind!

The room was very nasty and dirty, and it was a roach in the bathroom. The mattress look like it came from the alley scared to sleep in a bed not a place to take a family.

Hotel staff were friendly, neighborhood was nice. Checkin area is pretty decent and there's plenty of parking but the shower had mold, saw a few roaches, and you can hear everything. I didn't expect "perfection" but I didn't think mold and roaches were apart of the deal. Overall, felt pretty safe. Sheets and bed was free of dirt and debris.

Awesome place!!!

The room was filthy and we had several roaches. One even fell out of our shoe in the morning. The whole hallway smelled like pot and the room was stuffy. We tried the air conditioner to help, but it said replace filter. Don't be fooled by the nice looking exterior and lobby. The rooms are nothing like the public areas.
