Residence Inn by Marriott Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle

Staff was very helpful & pleasant to interact with. Games available in the lobby were great! the Suite had a nice sized fridge & dishwasher and the loft was spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety. Gondola rides up and down the hill were great!

placement of beds in the suite - awkward to get around the 2 beds in the one room and the angle the pull out sofa was on made it impossible to walk around that and the table was always in the way when bed was open. soap & conditioner missing in upstairs bathroom. Underground parking didn't work for our vehicle so we had to us the public lots - they were rough, full of big pot holes a long ways away. Longer hours for the pool & hot tubs would have made the stay better

Nothing, well sometimes the dates for the cleaning service because they made it late, I believe the perfect hour to do rooms is 10 by hiring maybe another cleaner.

Location is great Atmosphere too Cleanliness in rooms excellent and the staff was very cordial and helpful noise is fine. Amenities is excellent

I liked the location and the ease of ski on and off. The included breakfast was nice as well. Room service was quick to bring stuff if we requested.

I thought the room was very dark. The bedroom had one little light and it was hard to see. I also thought the hallway was never vacuumed and we had food on the carpet outside our room all week.

Location was perfect, in the heart of the village and close to all restaurants and activities. Hotel was clean throughout the premises. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a good addition to our stay.

We didn't like the slippery steps to the outdoor hot tub spa. It was frozen all over the ground. One of us slipped and fell down coming out of the hot tub. Parking spaces were very tight right next to eachother.

Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Le buffet petit déjeuner inclus est très basique mais fait le travail. Par contre, le ménage laisse vraiment à désiré, le sol n’est pas constamment nettoyé, les list sont à peine fait et les poubelles sont vidée que très rarement, 2 fois sur une semaines dans notre cas. Pour un franchise Marriot, on est loin de la qualité de la maison mère.
