"Poor service, poor breakfast, providing smaller rooms when larger rooms are available."

For the 5 days of staying at the hotel our room was never cleaned. They made the beds, but that was all. Even the towels weren't changed. We were offered the smallest room for seven people, and when we asked to change rooms, they simply refused.

Staff was amazing, Front office very patient and kind (shout out to Kevin), location was close to everything.

Breakfast was poor, no whole wheat bread, bacon only every other day, no unsweetened yogurt, etc.

The hotel has a fantastic location, it’s super clean, and they even have an outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a really lovely place to stay. And a special shout-out to Doris at the front desk—she was so kind, helped us with everything, and even gave me birthday coupons for local restaurants and the casino. The service was truly top-notch!
