Friendly staff. Rooms very clean. Good breakfast. Location.

Nothing!

This property is BEAT TO HELL. It met my needs and I’m grateful I could bring my dogs. But expect terrible condition of main areas and parts of the room. I have a torn curtain, stained furniture, and cracked lighting. Beat. To. Hell. Time to invest in renovation, @Marriott! (PS: I was not acknowledged at check-in as a gold Bonvoy member, and my request for first floor, which I was told would happen when requested in advance, didn’t.) Substandard for Marriott.

At a time when it was in the 90s in temperature with humidity over 80% our air conditioning did not work and the staff told us that nothing could be done about it. Further, we had to ask for and go get towels each day of our 3 day visit (cut short by a day as we could not near the heat in our room which was 80 degrees any more). Also we checked in late Friday evening and our room was not serviced through the time of our leaving on Monday around 5:30 pm. At that time when we stepped out of our room, the staff were cleaning the room across and the air conditioning was working. Pitiful service for a titanium elite Marriott member.

I liked having a separate bedroom from the grandkids. The front desk staff was very nice.

The breakfast staff was not terribly friendly and seemed annoyed both mornings we were there. The hanging rack in the closet had tons of grime and dust all over it. We also found a rolled up pair of panties in the room that did not belong to any of us!

Very nice area, quiet, conveniently close to the freeway. Only issue was the washing machine charger wasn't working properly, I ended up having to pay quarters, and a few hours later it still charged my credit card (twice). So I ended up paying 3x's the amount for my laundry. And the only other thing, by day 3 our room begin to have a strong marijuana smell. We don't smoke the stuff, so I let them know at the front desk. I like the Residence Inn hotels though, the rooms a spacious & it's family friendly.

Breakfast was ok

Elevator was nasty , No staff for extra towels guest had to go to the front desk to get them . Only one person at the desk is what was communicated to us .Visible dog hair covered the cloth on the sofa, we asked for another room and the staff member said she couldn’t accommodate us .

I loved the little kitchenette and the full sized fridge was a huge plus

We found the conditions of the hotel were completely unacceptable and far below Marriott standards. Due to the limited availability in the area, I had no reasonable choice but to stay there. Here’s what I experienced during my stay: • No central air, only loud portable AC units that couldn’t be turned up due to excessive condensation • Electrical outlets throughout the room did not work, which was a serious issue as both my friend and I had to work remotely • Broken window shades, damaged lamp shades, and a kitchen in poor condition • The hotel’s entrance door to the side we were staying on didn’t latch properly, creating a security concern • Shower was not properly cleaned, with hair on the wall and dirt residue on the soap dispensers • Hallways and common areas were filthy, and the overall property was poorly maintained • Room was visibly dirty, requiring me to purchase cleaning supplies and cover the couch with a sheet Never again!
