"What Good Customer Service Should Look Like"

Our immediate and extended family members travelled to West Palm Beach with my mother-in-law's cremains, to fulfill her final wish that her ashes be spread over her pre-deceased husband's grave. We had a group total of 12 persons, and we stayed the night at the Residence Inn in West Palm Beach. While the property itself was very pleasant, comfortable, and clean, we were absolutely blown away by the service provided by Sandra, the Breakfast Attendant. She provided excellent, tasty, and warm breakfast choices, and followed us around to pick up the used plates and eating utensils from the tables. Her demeanor was very respectful, friendly, and professional. (She made the BEST Marriott scrambled eggs). Sandra was on-top of keeping all of the eating choices full, warm, neat and clean. Sandra was overall just plain amazing!! Someone needs to clone this woman and employe her at every Marriott property!! Simply amazing, and VERY much appreciated!! Ed & Sandy Crawford, Nashville, TN

The hotel was pretty clean.

It was a real nightmare! I am disabled, I booked a wheelchair accessible room in advance, I got an inaccessible room, after a 16 hour flight I couldn't take a shower because the shower wasn't accessible. The next day there was a fire alarm malfunction, it went off from 7am! ​​Continuously, until I left the hotel! It was a false alarm but it just wouldn't stop and the hotel staff didn't know how to turn it off
