Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

The property lacked proper maintenance. I stayed at the property with other family members and we did not have internet access and no working television.

The room was good and staff was great I stayed there before but the this because of no Tv no internet no television make stay worse ever . Was not prior to check in about these conditions so could go another hotel . But had after check and went room find nothing was available. What made things wost after two day not had change with apology. No was avaialbe offer me any help on at least compensation . Or refund as point want work for me .

A clean place is clean air and the staff are very attentive and friendly, the breakfast is impeccable, everything is definitely going to be back.

The staff was very nice and engaged in our conversations. They made us feel welcome and easy to talk to. The breakfast was good and the food service worker was polite and caring with her beautiful smiles.

Nothing to complain about at the Residence Inn in West Palm Beach. Good location right off I-95 with a few good restaurants within walking distance. The facility is very clean and the rooms have a modern feel to them. They have a decent breakfast every morning at 6:30 which is great for someone who is staying here for work. Also, once you’re in your room it’s like you enter your own little world the way that they are soundproofed. Some ways they could improve are by using warmer lighting in the rooms to give an even cozier feel and by putting a waste bin in the bathrooms to avoid having to walk across the suite to toss something. Very minor comments that I don’t think warrant taking a star off for. It’s a great place to stay and I look forward to seeing the staff (Adam and others) when I return to the area for work.

My brothers and I take a trip back home to West Palm Beach every year in honor of my Father's passing. This time we decided to stay at the Residence Inn Marriott! Worst decision ever. Upon checking in we were accused by Housekeeping staff for Smoking in our rooms. Why hadn't even put our things down yet. I offered to have her come in and inspect, however she refused. Later that night one of my siblings made an attempt to get some rest, but right before laying down, he discovered a condom on the mattress where he was about to lay down at. Not to mention blood stains were all over the sheets in the other bed. When the front desk was made aware of the issue they stated they would come and replace the mattress, But never came, my brother had to sleep on the floor due to the hotel being full. We will never return to this place again. It was a horrible experience, and a bit distasteful to be considered a Marriott chained Hotel! More like a Motel 6! Don't waste your money people!

Nothing it was ghetto

The manager that over looks everyone apparently something happened with it at my room the payment issue and she told me I couldn’t stay here any longer because of it I don’t know her name or his name. I don’t know what to hear but whoever it is is pulling out didn’t get my story only got the man that pay for my room if she only knew it was a man it really was about everything you said it was a lie actually it was. I don’t know what he got kicked out and they believed him obviously I’m gonna get kicked out. They’re rude and that’s inconsiderate of the manager is to do that for somebody not even to ask me questions throw somebody out in the street like that. I’m calling whoever’s in charge of her ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. Everybody else is very nice and kind. Oh also there’s one person that works at the front desk. He was very rude. I was a tall Spanish Rude and stuck up. Think he’s better than everyone. Let me tell you something. He’s not trust me oh and women if you’re staying here, be careful of the working that come through here. They’re very dangerous. Come to find out and our predators and the Manager Of that is overlook everyone the one I’m talking about does not give a shit trust me or I wouldn’t be in a situation
