Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach

Me encantó el lugar y las instalaciones son muy completas. Creo que el personal es bastante capacitado para atender a los diferentes turistas.

Que había pocas opciones de comida detrás del front desk. Es necesario que dejen mejores alimentos como unas frutas etc para comprar y que exista cuanto antes más opciones de pago porque recibían solamente tarjeta de crédito o débito y no dejaron oportunidad de pagar con efectivo la estadía y los alimentos adicionales de consumo.

Rooms are big. Staff was nice.

Great facilities and a big room suitable for our family.

Poor bathtub drainage, which resulted in room change. Second room's bathroom, the toilet was very small and very low. Some staff members were extremely helpful, a couple were not.

We like that it offered breakfast.

The beds were extremely hard, we noticed they had air fresheners everywhere but we found out the following morning that there was a sewer smell in our room and in the hallways. The water wouldn’t drain out of the bath or the toilet wouldn’t flush. We planned to stay the entire weekend but after all our issues we checked out and ended our trip a day early. The person at the front rest had no logical answer as he wasn’t a regular employee.
