Love that it’s close to work

I’m a titanium member and stay at many different hotels during the year. This by far is my favorite. From check in to check out the staff makes it a point to welcome you and offer assistance if needed. The area is full of nearby restaurants, Hardrock Casino is less than 3 miles away. The area is quiet by the hotel. The spacious suites are very clean . Orlando has a 1 hour drive away , Tampa 15 minutes. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it !

Right after checking in my son showed me there was a dirty toilet seat, something under the seat that was missed during cleaning looked like feces on the underside of the toilet seat. Luckily we always travel with a small pack of cleaning supplies. There also looked to be water damage of some sort in the room on the right side of the bed. Looked to be from a leak of some sort. Hopefully there wasn’t any mold, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed. My wife and I have ever stayed in with a Marriott and the pullout was not much better according to my kids. The second night was very hard to sleep, there were a bunch of kids running up and down the halls and above our room. The staff was very nice but even though I’m not one to complain. It seemed to be booked up and we just dealt with the issues while we were there. Hopefully there isn’t any mold from the water leak and we don’t get sick. I’ve uploaded pictures.

The property was very clean None of the immunities in the hotel worked pool was closed. No basketball court. Breakfast was some type of gourmet items that was nice, but the children did not enjoy anything because they were not familiar with the items as well as myself ! The room is fully equipped with the kitchen and all the things you need so it was good for me to cook every morning and evening ! We enjoy the barbecue area. It had a nice fire Pit ! Upon routine, I was offered a complimentary upgrade, which felt nice, but the amenities of the hotel was not fulfilling for my family, especially my kids ! Great location, not too far from the casino oh and if you stay after two days, make sure your room is available around 9 o’clock to get it cleaned up if not, you will not have service

During the WWE Royal Rumble weekend, this was one of the very few hotels that were available. After extensive research I chose this hotel. I am glad I chose this place! Friendly staff and my room was spacious and clean. They had a good selection of complimentary breakfast as well.
