We made a reservation w/Booking.com. If I could have figured out how to file a complaint immediately I would have. Our driver arrived and there was no one on sight. Furniture was in the parking lot. The owner then arrived and asked my driver how was it & he had to have the sheets changed as they were brown & had stains.

"I would rate our stay as a five star hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean!"

This location was 5 star 🌟. It was so clean. The rooms were decorated so beautifully. The refrigerator was cold upon arrival and the room was also very comfortable. The front staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay!
