Staff was kind.

Place smelled of marijuana even though we asked for a non smoking room. Chair was grimy and unclean. Bathroom had mold in it. To pay what was paid and to get an absolutely disgusting room and hotel was very displeasing.

Wonderful family owned hotel. I always stay here when visiting my child at Western. Good breakfast.

The price was extremely high for graduation weekend. The fridge in my room did not work and did not get replaced.

Staff were not present at the front desk when I checked in. There was a sign on the counter to pick up the phone on the walk and call them, which I did. They did come pretty quickly. When I went to check out, same situation. I wasn’t going to stand there and wait so I left the key in the room and left. The room was mediocre at best. For one night it was fine but the hotel overall was not exceptionally clean.

We had 3 family there for my son's college graduation. All 3 rooms had broken toilet seats. When I went to check in, there was no one there. A lady waiting said she called the number and was told the clerk was out getting food. We all sat in lobby for over 30 minutes!
