Your website states we can check in at 2PM. When I arrived and went to my room, it was still being cleaned. I picked this location, as it was close to the event I was attending and pet friendly. I just needed to get checked in and get my dog out of the heat, so that I can return to the event. Do not advertise a hour difference in check in time on the website versus the location's check in time. Also this location does NOT have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, only the King rooms! They had to install ours the next day?

Very dirty walls in every room beds spread was dirty and stained. It needs alot of updates. Will never stay or recommend this place.

Room was clean but the ac didnt blow cold was sweating all night. The sink leaked bad when turned on. 1 inch open crack above the door bugs came in. didnt have a fridge. The pool has been shut down for 20 years which sucked.

The room was clean and no complaints about the room itself. The outside was not in great condition (dirty, not much space for dog walks). Little to my knowledge, the door didn't lock while closed so I had a child burst into my room and scare me and my dog! The front desk got it fixed right away, and they were quite helpful and friendly.
