Amazing, friendly, and quick customer service. Rooms are cleaned.

Had pee on toilet seat; tub didn't drain, bathroom door wouldn't shut and even if just pushed to the edge of doorway, made a noise like a clap of thunder when opened as the veneer was loose. Didn't clean after first night, had to go ask for coffee to be refreshed and was told I would have to go back in the am to get additional towels as they were being laundered (9:00 pm). I wanted to move to another motel, but my partner didn't want to pack up car. After 2nd night, they managed to empty one (not both) garbage cans. PLACE WAS AWFYK

We stayed the weekend for a family visit. It's not a brand new hotel so not perfect but was a very good place to stay. The staff was friendly. Despite how dim it looks from the street, the parking lot and walk ways are very well lit. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We travelled with our pet and it was very easy checking in with her. It was quiet and the property was clean. We felt safe and at ease during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This was a no frills hotel but it was clean and newly refurbished. Would absolutely stay again.

Booked a smoking room with two beds. Arrived and room smelled horrible even for a smoking room. Bathroom light did not work. Roaches crawling every where. On the ceiling, floor and wardrobe draws disgusting. Went to front desk and requested a non smoking room. Room looked and smelled better but I was still sqeeved out over it. Beds were small and uncomfortable. I would suggest going somewhere else

Checkin was very pleasant. Room did not have enough towels for the number occupying the room. Towels provided. The bathroom door screeched when shut ans opened. The exhaust fan wailed. The tub faucet was too short for the pipe coming out of the wall. The tub would not drain. There was a major water leak so water was on the bathroom floor both inside the tub area and out at the sink. No seal around the outside door. There was a good inch of space around the door at the jam. I suspect breaking into the room would have been very easy. And, the bed was a worn our foam mattress that was so very uncomfortable. Will not return to the Red Roof Inn. Told the owner the next morning. He made a note and made no offer of even a partial repayment. The room cost $155 for 2 beds/2 adults and 1 child!

Only thing I really liked was the location. The first room we were given: t.v. didn't work, tub didn't drain, had no fridge and the floor was not clean. Was moved to a different room. That room had the door open for who knows how long with the a/c off and it was 93 degrees out. Took a good 2 hours to be able to stand it in there. Everything worked in this one, but the cleanliness wasn't great. The floors obviously had not been swept in some time. When unrolling the bath mat, a huge spider was in it...there was a form of a web in the corner of the tub and wall. Another sign that the cleaning lacked some detail. The front desk woman was nice. Upon check out Sunday morning, I dropped the keys at the window but wanted a printed receipt. Well, the guy working the desk was fast asleep in his chair, so I had to hit the service button to wake him up. He had no real clue as to how a receipt should be printed. Also, didn't look like he has showered or brushed his teeth in some time...hair was greasy and teeth were gross. I realize it is a budget hotel, but the front desk person portrays an image for the business. He is not someone I would want to be in contact with my customers. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns before, but this is the worst by far. Definitely not worth the room rate that was paid.

Lady at front desk was very nice. Room was fairly clean but there was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door so I don't know how close they paid attention when they cleaned the room before our stay. Pool was closed which was a bummer. Overall a decent stay for the price.

Tne pool had no water. There was no sign that they were going to put water in it
