Red Roof Inn Cullman

The dead bolt to the door did not work. Offered another room & the door jam was broken & the door didn’t even shut properly.

Tv wasnt working, toilet leaking into the floor, drain for the tub did not work to be able to give my 11 month old a bath, bed wasnt clean nor comfortable and the worker in the office was rude when asked for clean covers.

My stay was amazing & safe, as always. I didnt experience any disappointments or difficulties. Perfect stay.

Worst establishment I’ve ever visited. Night shift clerk was outside smoking dope and got mad because I was interrupting him by checking in. He put me in a room that was nasty and had no refrigerator. He then cussed me out and forced me to leave when i proved him wrong about them supposed to provide one for me…. Pool looked like they had not even began getting it ready to swim in. Terrible!

No breakfast......tv cable did not work.....bathroom electrical outlet did not work. Found mens dirty underwear in bathroom behind the door. Floors and bedding was dirty.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst hotel room ever! Three pillows for four people, dirty bathtub, television didn’t work nor did the mini fridge and there was a strange, pervasive smell. Do not stay here! Thankfully it was only a quick stop to sleep but for the price, I expected much better.

Given a room that the door was ajar, there was change on the bed, tv was in, desk chair in middle of room like someone was just sitting there watching tv. Room was dirty, smelled horrible and the area around hotel was bad. There trash bags everywhere, trash cans over flowing and lobby was super noisy and dirty. Did not stay here and asked for a refund. Would be scared for my safety as well for my children. Bad!!!

So apparently the motel was under renovation and I wasn’t told that information when I booked my stay. The room floor was filthy! Pure disgusting. We looked the floor because I couldn’t bear to walk on it. The ceiling in the shower was brown, molded and in horrible condition. The room entry/exit door was NOT SAFE …you could see through the crack of the door. Like the door was too small for the frame. It locked Thank God but it was clear you could see daylight through the crack. There was not a refrigerator nor a microwave in the room and when I asked for this I was told all rooms had amenities. That was a lie. The bed comforter had stains on it and it was pure disgusting. I will never stay at this facility again. If I had been told ahead of time that it was under renovation .. obviously I would have stayed somewhere else. The guest services were kind to me but there was no breakfast offered either. Not even a grab n go style. For $100 a night - I was ripped off & expect a refund or at least a free night stay anywhere else!! 😡

The bathroom wasn't cleaned after the stay before us. There were hairs around the back of the toilet and in the shower and on the "fresh" towels. The toilet was broken to where we had to remove the back every time we needed to flush. I found empty bottles behind the bed when I was looking for a plug. It was manageable for one night but I definitely wouldn't book here again.

Nice hotel, close to the interstate and clean.
