"Bed bugs, no refund"

Upon check-in the room look nice. As soon as we got to the room we found bed bugs. We reported to the front desk. They were rude and would not give us a refund. The manager said "we just got brand new mattresses and bed bugs covers. There is no way you saw a bed bug". Something tells me they have had this problem for a while. Why would the manager be sure to mention it was all brand new.

There was no heat in the room 219. I called the desk 3 times only be told someone would be up but they never showed. I would like to be refunded.
