There is nothing to like. This is not a hotel, rather road side motel with all of dirty things.

This hotel is very dirty corridor, very dirty rooms, not at all good and not at all recommended.

We are traveling with a service animal and they went against ada regulations and charged us a pet fee plus a 100$ deposit. No elevators, place smelled of drugs, mini fridge didn't work and we set the ac to 61 and it didn't cool down the room at all. Over all I'm highly disappointed and will never stay there again. For anyone that doesn't know you can't be charged for having a service animal with you and the ada doesn't require documentation however she was in vest and i stated that she is a medical alert service dog

This is a halfway house/ shelter or something The rooms are filthy. Gum stuck on the table Blood or feces on toilet The room looked like. Living room w/a dirty couch & recliner chair which made sense after we realized what was going on at the place. There was a drug deal going on right outside the back door by the room we were given. Customers should be warned that they are staying in a shelter.

I believe that this is a homeless hotel and if I knew that prior to booking I would have chosen a different facility. I'm not anti homeless and I am not a bigot. But there were families in the rooms surrounding mine and they were loud.

The staff was unfriendly didn't know how to say thank you and we're really not that helpful. One of the staff members stood outside the main door and was smoking crack. The decor was HIDEOUS.
