Customer service was terrible. The person working there and the manager did not speak English, I had to repeat my email address like 20 times. Better places out there.

The bathroom toilet was very small. It looked like a kids size. And wasn’t fully functional. The hall ways smelled really bad. The plug in things didn’t do anything. Need the room updated. Carpet has to go. Would NEVER stay there again!!!

Location. Ability to have dog with me.

Temp in room was a challenge to regulate Freezer compartment of fridge was iced over. Needed to be defrosted. Would have been helpful to have a written guide about using TV.
