East Indian Spices odour in area of reception desk, and musty odour in hall. Clean fresh smelling room.

Convenient location

..fined 150 for ash in the window sill. Did not smoke in the room. Highly displeased with staff just wanting money to revamp and remodel. Consent noise during the day to renovations

Dirty, only served coffee.

Well located. Nice staff. Loud customers initially, but it quickly quieted down for nighttime.

I will never stay art that hotel again. The hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt.

Had to wait at the desk for 10 minutes after ringing their bell. Once inside the room, had to clean every surface. Everything had dirt and dust on it. The room couldn't have been turned over in a while. The hotel is receiving renovations so construction workers were working loudly all the time. On the day of checkout, I was asked to stop showering due to a water leak. When I was in the shower, I could hear the worker cutting a large hole on the other side of the wall. The layout of the room is nice, but the service could be drastically improved. This Super8 was obviously owned/operated by a "mom&pop". Not once did I see any staff cleaning rooms like you'd see in other hotel chains.

When I got to the hotel to check-in the staff is never at the front desk so you have to ring a bell so they can come out to the front. Upon checking into my hotel room it was dirty, the floor was left with things from the person who had previously stayed there all over the floor and under the bed. The bed sheets had holes in them, were burnt and the fitting sheets had rips in them. I took out the bed sheets and requested new ones at the front desk which she gave me to put on my bed. Unfortunately when I went to put the bed sheets on the bed I noticed those too were ripped and had holes in them. The smell of the room was very strong and unpleasant. The day after check-in I woke up early to get breakfast which is included with the hotel. Well you dont get to chose the breakfast. You go to front desk and ask for it and they go down to a room they have in the basement and pick out a muffin, a mini water bottle, a juicy juice carton, and a yogurt they place it inside a to-go brown paper bag. You do not get to pick any of these things yourself or flavors yourself.Two days after check-in, construction work was being done inside the hotel by my room, I have videos and pictures of this. The walls were being broken and tubes and pipes being placed and a new sheet of wall replaced. I work at night and sleep during the day so I was not able to properly rest. I called the lobby and they said it would only take a little while, took them the whole day and all week I stayed. Worst hotel ever
