Best hotel experience in La Fortuna. The staff was incredible and the hotel itself is beautiful. I got engaged during the trip and Reynaldo set up a whole itenerary for our entire stay and even was present at the proposal with his wife to accompany my fiance and I for this special occasion. The hotel staff even went out of their way to decorate our entire room with rose petals and a bottle of champagne for when we returned. Christian, Jay, and Arlen took care of my fiance and I at the resturant and with both of us having food allergies, they made sure all the food was prepared accordingly, and all the food was incredible. Cheers to the chef. Johan, along with all the other front desk receptionists were so friendly and helpful for the entire stay. The entire staff did anything to make us smile and make sure we were worry free for the entire time. We will be returning for many years to come and I can’t reccommend this hotel enough.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Set in lush forest garden, my bungalow and private hot tub had a luxurious feel. The staff were delightful and went out of their way to ensure my every need was taken care of. Kevin warmly welcomed me to the hotel and also took me on a wildlife spotting walk through the property. We saw a very colourful iguana, poison dart frog, exotic birds taking a bath in the river and even a sloth! Johan spent ages with me planning my activities down to the last detail to make sure every day was just perfect ☺️ Hansel very kindly accommodated my multiple requests to extend my stay as I just couldn’t tear myself away 😅 The waiters at the restaurant were very chatty and helped me with my Spanish. Jay also gave me some great recommendations for Manuel Antonio National Park. Even the housekeeper left a very original towel animal on my bed each day 🐘 🐮 My only regret is not leaving the very special staff a bigger tip!

Amazing people! Amazing service! Having the sloth trail made us less anxious to get our adventure started as it felt we already had! Pura Vida!

Amazing place. Nicest room we had on our 1 week in CR. Super comfortable bed! All the staff members were very nice and friendly. They also gave us a lot of good information about Fortuna. Super thanks to Johan in the reception and Reynaldo. Also Erick and the other guys at the restaurant. We Highly recommend this place!

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My niece and I were hungover and a waiter named Jay made his special hangover remedy for us. Also other staff members would stop us to show us wild life around the hotel. We got see sloths and a iguana in the trees. I can't wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay at La Fortuna such a great experience 😀

This place was magical for my Husband and I! Kevin was the first to greet us when we arrived and he was a great help. Their hospitality is out of this world and it’s overall such a beautiful and peaceful place. The staff is so nice and helpful. They assist you as well on finding activities if needed. Reynaldo helped us find awesome tours and the process was so smooth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting la fortuna.

We initially had a frustrating experience with drink pricing at Noah’s Forest. However, management promptly followed up with kindness and professionalism, fully resolving the issue. The property itself is stunning, and the service from the rest of the staff was excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful touches during our honeymoon and how smoothly the excursions were arranged. Despite the hiccup, we left with positive memories.

Great atmosphere and more importantly great people. We want to especially thank Erick for the authentic experience and environment he facilitated at their wonderful restaurant.

We were stunned by how misleading the drink pricing was at Noah Forest. I ordered a piña colada and simply asked to swap rum for tequila. The bartender was friendly and said, “You’re the boss,” — never once explaining that this would result in two separate charges: one for a “virgin” piña colada (which is normally cheaper) and then an extra $12 for a shot of tequila. In total, we were charged $54 for just TWO drinks — not including the 13% VAT, 10% service fee, and a tip request on top. This brought our two simple drinks close to $70 total. It felt deceptive and completely inappropriate for a honeymoon trip where we expected clarity and fair treatment. If the hotel wants to charge premium prices, they need to be transparent upfront. Guests deserve better.

Amazing food, super clean and relaxing property, staff was always super helpful and friendly! Stayed here most of our trip and 2 days in a different area, the 2 days we spent away we miss everything at Noah’s, no where else can compare to the food and service here!
