The Lodge at Pensacola

The room was remarkably clean, but nevertheless awful. Shower had virtually no water pressure and there was a drip all night. Breakfast was English muffins, with nothing to put on them. Room was about 20 feet from interstate, so you could hear cars go by all night. Price was low, so I wasn't expecting anything fabulous, but they could do a lot better.

Room was dirty. Window was broken. TV only worked on some channels. I found hair frozen into ice cubes coming out of the ice machine. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Very very run down old motel in desperate need of remodel.

The room was clean and staff was great help. The area is not the best would not stay again because of area.

No phones or hairdryers in room..toilet had been used and not flushed...no trashcan in room...1 flimsly little towel...no extra security on room door as it had beenremoved...overall worst motel i had ever stayed in EVER

The y hotel was old but the rooms where clean. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

Hotel reeked of cigarettes. No trash can in room. Found trash and cigarette wrappers in room. Very dingy.

It is horrible, the smell of the halls, its like humid... The sheets are like always humid, pillows stinks like when you forget clothes in your washing machine for a week. We spend 5 days in that hotel and the cleaning ladie never vacum or clean our room.. Tgevonly reason wr stay its because we did not have more money to pay for another hitel and we would never get a reinburse back.

Not a nice part of town and very old and not very well maintained property. In its defense, I really liked the staff. As helpful as they could be. Way too expensive for what you got.

THE BEST LOOKING PART OF THE HOTEL IS THE LOBBY! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FEW PICTURES YOU SEE ONLINE. POOR POOR CONDITION AND NOT FOR A FAMILY. THE ROOM SMELLED DAMP, SMOKE, AND OF MOLD, AC WAS LOUD AND DID NOT COOL THE ROOM WELL. IT SEEMS LIKE A LOCAL PARTY SPOT FOR "NOT KID FRIENDLY FOLKS" WE TRAVELED WITH OUR 2 KIDS 9 and 12 AND WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE ROOM AT NIGHT IT WAS GHETTO PARTY CITY. DON'T STAY HERE!
