Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville Papermill Drive

We enjoyed our second visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Papermill Drive for 10 days during July 2025. The facilities have been very well maintained. The hotel reception was very friendly and the staff asked if there was anything we required to enhance our stay. The room attendants (especially Dora) cleaned the room thoroughly every other day and provided fresh towels on opposite days. The pool and fitness facilities are well maintained. There are guest laundry facilities on the third floor. The location offers efficient access to I-40/I-75 and a direct link to Kingston Pike (a primary artery) within Knoxville.

Front desk personnel were great . The pool was very nice and pretty big. We had a great stay.

The pool was heated, the rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean.

The property did not include breakfast in the price, which it was the most expensive hotel in the area with no continental breakfast.

Great location with restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Pleasant sleeping. What I didn’t like is the fitted sheet didn't stay on the mattress and it looked worn. At first I thought the bed had not been changed. Suggest more thorough housekeeping inspections.

Great experience quick in and out. Clean room. Parking was scarce on the second night.

The only complaint I have is the room are kinda hot, the air could be better. Other than that it was great and the ladies at the desk are angels and super helpful.

Very clean and full of extras. The room was large. Had comfortable chairs to sit in if desired. Large workspace in the room and full office space in the lobby.

The pool was the perfect temp and size. We had the pool to ourselves, which made it very nice. The hotel was pretty quiet, with mostly business class guests. The gym is good sized and well equipped. The staff was wonderful, and very accommodating. It was a very relaxing trip..

The duvet is a little rough, and the outside chairs were hard to get comfortable in. Those are my Only complaints, and that could very well be my own AuDHD texture issues talking.
