Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

"A fantastic employee/ bartender at the Hilton"

I occasionally go to the bar as it is about a mile from my my home. Anna, the bartender, is excellent. She is very nice and friendly to all her customers. She is both very professional and efficent. She is an outstanding asset to the Hilton as an employee. All customers appear to really appreciate Anna!

"For A Good Time!!"

On August 23, 2025 my high school class held its 55th year Class Reunion here. We had a great time seeing everyone again and the accommodations for our event were outstanding. The HGI was easily accessed and on very level ground. There was plenty of room for all of us to mingle and talk. The food we ordered was delicious and enjoyed by all 91 of the attendees. I can recommend this HGI very highly. Especially the Staff we worked with to make our event a very special occasion. "Bearden High School Class of 1970 55th reunion"

My high school, Bearden High School, class of 1970, recently(8/23/25) had our 55th reunion at the Hilton Garden Inn on Papermill Rd. I just wanted to give a shout out to/for all the employees of that location for the excellent job they all did in making it such a fun night for all of old folks. From the hotel check-in process (for those who stayed there) to all the wonderful foods that they prepared, we couldn't have asked for or been more pleased with anything ! We had about 100 folks in attendance & we had many compliments on how nice things were. As a matter of fact we had our 50th there several years ago & that's the reason we returned, the quality service, excellent food & friendly service !!
